Discovering the wonders of technology one byte at a time
Thanks for visiting my site! My name is Mario and I'm an aspiring software designer with an interest in anything that beeps and boops. I'm currently a third year student at St. Olaf pursuing my bachelors degree in computer science and mathematics. I hope to find a career that allows me to pursue my interests in technology, while also fully utilizing my creativity and ingenuity.
In my free time, I settle down by reading a nice book, collecting and battling Pokémon, or playing board games with friends.
My college work-study job in where I assist students and faculty with any technology issues or requests by assisting with drop-in visits to the IT Helpdesk and monitoring online request through ticketing and chat systems.
My highschool internship in which I learned about coding in Java, project management, and some basic web development in my first year. Reviewed and resolved service requests to access a variety of business applications, while additionally researching use cases for cloud computing and chatbots in my second and third year. And curated reports on service request metrics and helped develope programs to automate repetitive tasks to improve productivity in my fourth year.

This website was made from scratch but was heavily inspired by Brittany Chiang's personal website. Coded in Visual Studio Code and uses Bootstrap. Hosted on Github Pages. All text uses the Inter typeface.
